Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1-2 business days from the time of placing your order. Once your order is shipped, delivery times may vary depending on your location. Generally, you can expect your package to arrive within 2-5 business days for most addresses within Pakistan.
Order Cut-Off Times:
If you place your order before 12:00 PM, we'll get it ready and send it out on the same day. But if you order after 12:00 PM, we'll process it on the next working day. Orders placed on public holidays or Sundays will also be processed on the next working day.
Damages:
If your product gets damaged while it's on its way to you, Divonoir will replace it for free. Just let us know about the damaged product within 24 hours of receiving it.
